SORRY I HAVE TERRIBLE PHOTOS, I live on my own and I only have a few lights and most of them are mounted and my cameras flash isn't working, so it's hard to get any good photos without help or good lighting xD ALSO these are rough and no smooth because they are not finished, they will be smoothed when working on them.

I decided to keep the kissing pony bust I made for myself and made my two ponies kissing <3

Platforms/stands can/will be changed, for now these are temporary until I change the pony to fit your character
Remember I have all the right to refuse to do your pony if it is too complex/defies the laws of gravity/completely requires me to change the figure (aka, I won't elongate the body of make them taller DRASTICALLY, but I will not do griffons, discord like creatures, animals, etc.)

You are allowed to upload pictures of your clay pony on other sites to show your friends but please credit me here on deviantArt and do not claim them as your own
You can recreate these poses and idea, literally don't care, you don't need to credit me, why would you have to do that?
I have the right to deny any pony you ask me to make, so if you know it might be refused, have maybe at least 3 ponies you want done
This is clay, a physical and touchable object, I CANNOT do anything that defies the laws of gravity, so not floating parts (no scented ponies then, sorry)
I know someone might ask for a pony with a water mane probably, I can't do the water effect very well so don't expect anything great
These can/will be shipped to you, depending on your location I will probably need to ask you to help pay for overseas shipping if need be (I live in the USA)
If you are under the age of 18, since I live in California I think I'm supposed to legally ask you to ask your parents first before you give me your address to ship you something
Your shipping address when given to me will remain confidential, I will not give it out or sell it to anyone (if someone robs you after you give me your address, it is purely coincidence)

Clay rules:

Complex designs can and probably will be denied (these ponies are too small for great detail)
I can change/remove body parts if need be, but no drastic changes (I will not change the head)}
Expression will be added and can be choosen
Eyes will most likely be closed, 8 years of classes with clay but still no idea how to add eyes to clay ponies (ony been making clay ponies for 5 years, but not as much as you think, I'm usually doing clay assignments)
Wings can be open and I can put thin small details but be wary they can break in shipping (even if I put fragile, you know post office people don't always care: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lM3SRG…) _{so I suggest picking your character wisely
I use Aardvark MCW white bisque ware clay, it requires me to allow 1 week at least for drying and it requires about two days of slow firing so it won't explode in the kiln, and it may take me a week to paint. On average, you will get your clay pony shipped to you in a month
In case of breaking, I suggest using super glue (not gorilla glue or elmers) to put back together, you can also pay me $15 to get an insurance piece, AKA if your piece breaks and cannot be fixed, I can make you another for free but you need to pay at least 50% of shipping when it's done, BUT I need proof that the piece cannot be fixed/is broken}
